Each fall, graduate students and faculty convene to celebrate research happening in the School of Chemistry and Biochemistry. This year's annual graduate research retreat was held on September 19 and 20, 2026, at Unicoi State Park and Lodge in Helen, Georgia. It was a wonderful weekend of research and cameraderie, continuing a great departmental tradition! Six graduate students were honored with awards for their oral presentations or posters. Congratulations to the winners and thanks to all who attended.
